The fact the Switch was not announced as getting CS2 up front is likely confirmation Paradox is probably not going tot get the Switch version of CS1 another look for Switch OLED model owners like myself. That would be it as Paradox abruptly announced the Switch version was officially being discontinued due to technical limitations on the Original and Lite models. The Switch version was released with the After Dark and Snowfall expansions included. Basically, they cited technical limitations on the Original and Lite versions of the Switch as why it would not get the same updates the Xbox One/Series X|S and PS4/PS5 versions got. Paradox made the announcement on their official forums in 2019-about a year after the game's release. That was before the OLED model (which I got last year as my first Switch Console) was released.
